1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing Stronghold Careers ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Stronghold Careers provides an AI-powered career advisory, resume generation, and market alignment tool. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. You must be at least 18 years of age to utilize this platform.

2. The Anti-Subscription Model & Refunds

Stronghold Careers operates on a strict "Anti-Subscription" model. You are not billed on a recurring basis. Instead, you purchase "Intelligence Credits" which are consumed when activating heavy AI reasoning processes.

• The Stronghold Guarantee: We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. You are eligible for a full refund within seven (7) days of your purchase, provided you have consumed 50% or less of your purchased Intelligence Credits.
• Past the 7-day window, or if more than 50% of the credits have been consumed, credits are strictly non-refundable.
• Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing.
• Vanguard Protocol members possess infinite access and are exempt from standard credit consumption limits.

3. AI Generation & Acknowledgment of Risk

The Platform utilizes advanced generative AI models to synthesize resumes, interview strategies, and market mapping. By using the platform, you acknowledge:

• Accuracy Guarantee: While we employ rigorous prompting and formatting constraints, artificial intelligence is probabilistic and can hallucinate or output inaccurate data. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all generated assets before submitting them to employers.
• Outcome Liability: Stronghold Careers does not guarantee employment, interview conversions, or specific salary outcomes. Our tools provide strategic leverage, but execution relies entirely on the user.

4. Data Ownership & Privacy

Your career history is your proprietary asset. Stronghold Careers claims no ownership over the raw resume data you input into the system.

• We do not sell your personal data or employment history to third parties, recruiters, or data brokers.
• We do not use your private career data to train public AI models.
• You maintain the "Right to be Forgotten." You may initiate a Data Erasure Protocol from your account settings at any time, which will permanently purge your records and identity from our active databases.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

While you retain all rights to your personal data, Stronghold Careers retains all intellectual property rights to the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, our proprietary AI prompts, source code, user interface designs, logos, and business methodologies. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute our intellectual property without explicit written consent.

6. Third-Party Infrastructure

The Platform relies on external enterprise infrastructure (e.g., authentication providers, AI learning language models, and payment processors). Stronghold Careers is not liable for interruptions, data delays, or service outages caused by these third-party infrastructure providers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. Stronghold Careers explicitly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stronghold Careers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. In no event shall the aggregate liability of Stronghold Careers exceed the total amount paid by you for Intelligence Credits in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Georgia.

9. Code of Conduct & Termination

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from attempting to bypass our AI safety constraints, scrape data, or inject malicious payloads into the intelligence engine. Stronghold Careers reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms.
