• Account Information: When you sign up via Clerk, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture.
• User Content: We collect the resumes, job descriptions, and career history you upload or paste into the Service.
• Usage Data: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous data about how you interact with our website (e.g., pages visited, time spent).
• Payment Information: We do not store your credit card details. All payment transactions are processed by our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe).

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our platform and hold certain information. This includes essential cookies required for authentication and session security, as well as analytical cookies to monitor platform performance. We utilize advanced generative AI models as our primary intelligence engine. When you request a resume rewrite or interview strategy, your specific inputs are temporarily transmitted to these secure APIs.

• Zero Data Training: We utilize strict enterprise API agreements. Your private career data is never used to train public or foundational AI models.
• Ephemeral Processing: AI processing is stateless. Once your intelligence report is generated and returned to your secure database, it is not retained by the external AI providers.

5. The Erasure Protocol (Right to be Forgotten)

You maintain absolute control over your intelligence profile. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time via the Data Sovereignty & Erasure module located in your Account Settings. Executing this protocol triggers a cascading delete that irreversibly purges your resumes, application history, and authentication identity from our active production databases.

6. Third-Party Integrations

We partner with enterprise-grade infrastructure providers to secure your data and process transactions. This includes Clerk (Identity & Access Management), Stripe (Payment Processing), and Vercel/Neon (Hosting & Databases). These providers are bound by strict data processing agreements and only access the minimum data required to facilitate their specific functions.

7. Children's Privacy

Our platform provides professional career services and is strictly not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us so we can take immediate action to remove that information from our servers.
